An Applicant Tracking System is the software most medium and large employers use to receive and filter applications. It reads your CV into a database before a human sees it, and screens candidates on formatting and keywords.
In practice it means a nicely designed CV with columns and icons can score worse than a plain one, because the system can't read it properly. We write for the software and for the person who reads it afterwards.

What we do is make sure your CV reads the way an Irish employer expects: your qualifications matched to the Irish framework so a manager knows what they're worth, your phone number in international format, A4 rather than US Letter, your permit position stated once in the right place rather than in your opening line, and for construction, your Safe Pass where it belongs.
